Doctor Henderson, formerly Dr. Klemens, is currently serving as Chief of Vascular Surgery at Valleywise Health is Phoenix, Arizona. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California Lutheran University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed General Surgery residency at Maricopa Integrated Health System and then pursued further training in Vascular Surgery at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Henderson is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. Additionally, she belongs to the Society of Vascular Surgery, as well as the Vascular and Endovascular Surgical Society. Dr. Henderson is also Assistant Professor with Creighton University.

Dr. Henderson has been in practice for over three years as a vascular surgeon, and is experienced in treating adult patients with all types of vascular disease. Her passion includes endovascular aneurysm repairs; but she is also building up her vein clinic at Valleywise Health.
